As of 2022, CLS is under the new ownership of Macon Sustainable, we’re expanding our product offerings and services to include design, installation, maintenance, and after-sales support. Our commitment to sustainable development is unwavering, and we’re proud to introduce our flagship project, Walnut Hills, a 153-acre micro-resort nestled along Walnut Creek in the Sugarfork community.

This eco-friendly community boasts 130 acres of private green spaces, and will feature 10 custom-built sustainable homes that showcase the best of 21st-century technology, including energy-efficient designs, carbon-neutral construction, and the use of natural and recycled, non-toxic materials. Our objective of these homes will incorporate innovative features such as hemp building materials, geo-thermal heating and cooling systems, and Tesla solar roof systems.
